We are very conscious about not becoming analogue digital. Solutions that match the world, people, and businesses of 2022 must be innovative, inspiring, and accessible – in short, a good experience.

This is why we work with experience design when we develop a digital service. Relating to human behaviour, we create user experiences that are friendly, accommodating, and intuitive. That is what it takes to provide a service that feels up to date and ultimately is used.

Organisation with room for innovation

Innovation is not something you can order online and have delivered to your door, just as it cannot be isolated to one single department. Therefore, innovation labs have almost become a cliché, giving birth to a new concept: Innovation theatre. Because the innovation satellites often disappoint and are shut down, leaving you with a used 3D printer and a pair of VR goggles.

Innovation must be accommodated within the organisation to work properly. Hence, it is important that the organisation can handle initiatives and ideas. It sounds like a given, but oftentimes our processes and “best practices” are what stands in the way of innovation.

Very few people are fortunate enough to be able to take a break from the everyday rat race and focus wholeheartedly on innovation. Fast Track Development makes is possible to develop new and exciting services without demanding all of your bandwidth, leaving time to take care of your daily business.

You would be surprised at how few hours it takes from idea to launch

Three people from your company will participate as business specialists in three co-creation sessions. After six weeks of work, upon finishing the Proof of Concept model, they will present a demo to your management, after which you will start planning the launch. We will take care of the rest.

From Idea To Launch In 12 Weeks

Fast Track Development starts off with three 2-hour co-creation sessions, each of which are 10 days apart. Each session results in a prototype, with the third and final version of the prototype defining the launch-ready product: POC.

Proof of Concept: POC

Showing version 1.0 of the digital service, the POC serves as a visual basis for further decision-making. It is the basis of a go / no-go decision.

Minimum Viable Product: MVP

The MVP is the digital service version which will be taken live. It will not be a full-featured digital service, but rather a simplified version of the final product. The MVP should contain a core of services that create the most value for the end user. Shortly after launch we will have access to factual knowledge about user behaviour based on statistics – which provides a solid foundation for version 2.0.

Friendly user test

We know that it is the first five test subjects who yield new insights. Hence, we have reduced the test period to include exactly five people. The test can be carried out in merely five days, while yielding maximum value per test subject. After that, the product is ready to stand the test of being introduced into the real world. Because theory and even the highest professionalism are no match for actual reality.
